Order Changes & Exchanges
Please double-check your order details, including size, design, and quantity, before confirming. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections such as item type, size, design, or address.

If you spot an error, you have 6 hours from placing the order to cancel and reorder correctly. For any inquiries before placing your order, feel free to contact us. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Canceling Orders
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. After this window, the order may already be in processing or shipping stages. To cancel, please email support@healalio.com.

Return Window
You may return an item within 30 days of delivery. After this period, all orders are considered accepted, and no refunds will be provided.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Damaged or broken item
  • Incorrect design, size, or material
  • Incorrect product received
  • Product description does not match the received item

Return Conditions

  • Item must be in original condition and packaging
  • No signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Defects must be our error
  • Original tags must remain intact
  • Minor issues, like stray threads, are not eligible for return

Return & Refund Process
Send your refund request and supporting documentation to support@healalio.com. Our Customer Service team will review and respond within 2-3 business days with specific instructions. Refunds will be issued only after confirming the return is eligible.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These will not be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Processing Time
After receiving the returned item, please allow up to 2 business days for processing. You will receive an email notification once the refund, including any original shipping fees, is issued.

Awaiting Your Refund?
Check your bank account details. Refunds may take 10-15 days to appear, depending on your card provider’s policies. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please email support@healalio.com for assistance.

Important Notes

  • Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date. After this period, refunds are no longer available.
  • Items are eligible for return or exchange only within the 30-day window. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit or those made without prior communication.
