Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, based on (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time. Deliveries may take longer during busy seasons or promotional events.
We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to deliver your order. The total estimated delivery time combines processing and shipping times.

Tracking Your Package
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check the status on our website. Please allow 5-7 business days for tracking updates. If there are no updates after 10 business days, contact support@healalio.com.
Shipping Delays
If your order has not been delivered within 45 calendar days, contact us at support@healalio.com for a full refund. For any unexpected delays, reach out, and we aim to respond within 12 hours.
Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, first check the delivery area. Then, contact the carrier. If issues persist, email support@healalio.com.
Incorrect Addresses
We cannot guarantee delivery to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Please double-check your details at checkout and notify us immediately if there are any errors at support@healalio.com.
Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees applied by the destination country. Healalio is not liable for customs fees or packages rejected by the recipient. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion without a guaranteed refund.
